US Airways- New Mileage Upgrade Chart & Complimentary Baggage

From February 15th, you will be able to use your US Airways miles to upgrade to first class. Starting at 5,000 miles with a fee of $25 to 10,000 miles with a fee of $150 you will be able to upgrade within the US and Canada to first class. American Airlines - Reactivate Expired Miles & Double Miles Through January 31st

Reactivate American Airlines Miles

Through December 31, 2011, you can reactivate miles that have expired on or after December 31, 2002, with no limit. Keep in mind that these miles don't count towards Elite Status and you must redeem these miles within 18 months. The cost is anywhere from $200-$600, see below. Make sure to do a calculation to see if it is worth it.
Here are the fee amounts from the AA website:

Reactivate Miles

• Contact AAdvantage Customer Service at 1-800-882-8880 (ask for "AAdvantage Account" at the Main Menu)
• Reactivate rates are as follows, plus 7.5% federal excise tax
• $200 - to reactivate 1 - 50,000 expired miles
